Your kitchen is precision-manufactured in our own Nottinghamshire workshop using CNC technology and hand-finished craftsmanship, quality-checked before it leaves.

Install

Our own installation team fits your kitchen to exacting standards, coordinating every trade and timeline. We leave your home immaculate.

Weeks 1–2

The Design Consultation

You visit one of our four showrooms — or we visit your home — for an honest, no-pressure conversation about what you actually need. Bring rough measurements, a Pinterest board, or nothing at all. Your designer’s job is to listen first.

  • No appointment fee, no obligation to proceed
  • The same designer stays with you for the entire project
  • Open drawers, wobble shelves, feel the materials for yourself

Weeks 2–4

Detailed Design & Fixed Price

Your designer produces a detailed layout — accounting for your appliances, your awkward corner, your actual room — along with a fixed-price proposal. The figure we quote is the figure you pay. No surprises discovered halfway through.

  • Fixed price agreed before any work begins
  • Time to review it at home, with no pressure to sign on the day

Weeks 4–8

Manufacture in Our Own Factory

Your kitchen is built to the millimetre in our own Nottinghamshire workshop — CNC precision for the parts that need machine accuracy, hand-finishing for the parts that need a craftsperson’s eye. Every component is quality-checked before it leaves our factory.

  • Made to your exact size and colour — not the nearest standard option
  • Components sourced from trusted European manufacturers
  • Cabinets built in our own workshop; doors and worktops from trusted specialists — brought together as one kitchen

Installation Week

Installation, Fully Coordinated

Experienced fitters install your kitchen, and your designer coordinates the whole week, so if anything needs adjusting on the day, it gets sorted without you chasing anyone.

  • We leave your home clean and immaculate at the end of each day

Years Afterwards

Aftercare That Actually Happens

Ownership doesn’t end at final sign-off. The same designer who drew your kitchen remains reachable if something needs adjusting — this year, or in four years’ time. It’s the part most companies quietly let go of once the invoice clears. We don’t.

Is the design visit really no-obligation?
Genuinely, yes. We’ll talk through your requirements, the design and the costs — and when (or whether) you go ahead is entirely up to you, with no pressure to decide on the day.
What if I don’t know my budget yet?
That’s normal, and it’s what the first conversation is for. Your designer will talk through realistic ranges for what you’re after, so you leave with a clearer picture rather than a hard sell.
Can you visit my home instead of a showroom?
Yes — we’ll agree the best approach together. Often both work best: the showroom to see and feel the materials, and a home visit for accurate measurements.
